About

I've been making maps since I was a university student, stepping up to help fellow students with their essays and theses when our departmental illustrators were too busy to help. A few years later I worked in a university geography department, producing research and teaching maps. During that time I undertook a surveying paper in mapping design and GIS. More recently I've moved towards a more vintage style of mapping for books, most notably fantasy and historical novels, with the occasional corporate and advertising map featuring more modern styling.
